****ty service from TFG online service

I've made a online order on 23 June. I've received 1 half of my order but still waiting for on the rest. I've send emails and made numerous calls to the CC but still nothing happens. Every time I try to trace my package, its with the courier for a very long time. I've asked that they follow up with the courier company. I've send an email about a month ago got no response. Send another one 2 weeks ago still nothing. I don't know what to do anymore. I am a paying customer but get treated this. Not fair guys
