****ty customer service for online purchases
Bought sneakers yesterday online at Archive , as a birthday gift which is next week Wednesday,I called the customer service to see how far the order is /fast track it , I was told there’s nothing they can do the order hasn’t been allocated, I asked for turn around times I still couldn’t get answers.
