Two months later Parcel Not delivered

I have placed order on the 19 March 2020, then on the 22 March 2020 I received SMS saying the order has been handed over to the courier and it’s on its way. I now sent TFG messages on when will I get my order. On 22 May2020 they told me to be patient my order will arrive before 24 May 2020. It was never delivered till this day. Yesterday 25 May 2020 I went to totalsport to get help. The assistant could not get through to online shop , but later did and told me they have told her to tell me to be patient as the was backlog because of lockdown which doesn’t make sense because my order was before lockdown . Then I sent TFG a DM to ask if I can get a pair ther by totalsport or should I cancel the order. It was a question with a question mark on. But seems like TFG did not bother to read my message with an understanding but decided to cancel my order. NB: TFG only responded a day later.

This is very disappointing. Poor TFG!
