Two left feet

I placed an online order (sandal) last week and it got delivered to the pick up location and then I stumbled upon my order having two left feet. I find it extremely irresponsible that whoever is in charge of checking these items before dispatching, was not very aware of their mishap. I was extremely disappointed because I ordered in good faith and was let down. I had to return those shoes and purchase them again.
