Traumatized Service
I wrote them an email complaining about the service I received at Foschini Matlosana Mall up to date they haven't rep****... I want to go there to buy jackets but I am very scared they are going to shout at me again.

19 Jun 2019, 15:51Good dayMy name is Lefitlhile Theodora Radipina, After today's incident, I don't think I l ever visit Foschini Store Matlosana Mall again. I went there about 3 Months ago and I tested the perfume, the lady called Nthabiseng assisted me, as the perfume was very expensive I told her I am going to save for the perfume then I will come back. Today I went there again at the perfume section to test another perfume, there was a lady there called Adelaide, i did test the perfume, after that the lady started shouting me telling me she is going to call the manager because I am playing with their perfume. Yhohhh... She treated me like a ********... I am still under shock as I didn't know what to do, Nthabiseng was there and she tried to reprimand her but she kept on shouting at me.I kept quite and left the store and was very disappointed at the customer service there.
Very disappointed on how tfg group employees treat their customer.
You can even go to the cameras and check how many times I went there.
I am afraid if this is how Adelaide treat customers, then Foschini is going to lose customers.
