Totalsports denies my collection of Ram orders sent in my name

I was called by totalsports pavilion in Durban to collect 6 packages from RAM COURIERS WHO HAD SEND ME TRACKING NUMBERS FOR ALL 6
Upon totalsports calling me to collect siting that the packages had been there for sometime
I said I only just recieved the tracking numbers that week
Non the less I went in store only to be denied collection seeing as no otp numbers were sent to me however I had every tracking number from Ram and all the packages in store had my name and contact details
The store could have manually signed out however chose not to
This despite a Ram consultant on the phone instructing them to do so
It’s been weeks now and the issue has not been resolved
Those packages were ALL SENT IN MY NAME THEY BELONG TO ME
Yet I have not been given the green light from totalsports to collect
The goods sent in my name are in limbo
No contact made from Tfg for weeks
What’s in my name belongs to me
