Totally useless always just sorry, no action

I have now complained 2 to 3 times already on hellopeter now and still these people have NOT assisted in anyway!! The first time I complained was a year ago and then again end of June beginning of July this year and they keep replying with their ****py sorry story and going to send you a reference number but still have had nothing come from it!! They are NO longer catering for women with big breasts anymore, only for chinese!! Well seeing that I've come nowhere, I must now go to consumer protector from here as where must we get our bras from now!!
