Totally disgusting service. Do you not want clients?

I always shop at Markham and finally decided to open an account. I app**** for the account in April 2019 and forwarded requested documents on 02/05/2019. I am yet to receive feedback in a month. I finally decide to call to find out what’s the hold up and all the agent can says is “forward the same documents to ********** what does such a department have to do with a new account application? As I had imagined I received an email from the said department advising me to now forward the same documents to another department ********** The initial sms had requested that I forward the documents to ********** I really can’t believe I still want an account with such geniuses. What does it take to get proper service from this group? I app**** for both Markham and Fabiani and none of the applications have returned complete...
