TOTAL SPORTS NOT SENDING PAID UP LETTER ON TIME

I am disappointed at Foschini Total sports, I settled my debt in August 2025 till this day i have not received my paid up letter and they have not updated my account on credit bureau this has negatively affected my credit history and score. i have been trying to be in contact with them with no lucky. very dissatisfied and disappointed with TFG!!
