top customer service agent

<p>As I was in the store on the 12 /01/2016 </p> <p>I was looking for a specific pair of sneakers and I couldn't find them anywhere . </p> <p>I asked a couple of sales assistants in the store to assist me and all they could say was sold out did not attempt to go look . bt this guy Junaid assisted me just before I left and called me back . He asked if there was anything He could assist me with and I said NO don't bother as I was furiated with the service I received . long story short . we found the sneaker Adidas tubular going for 1700 in cape gate I then collected it the same day .</p> <p> </p> <p>But the reason why I'm typing this msg is because of how rude and impatient I was towards him but even though I was . he still smiled . he kept his calm . he made sure I wouldn't leave the store without getting my sneakers . and that to me is superb customer service . that's how a sales assistant should assist any customer . no excuses just solutions . </p> <p> </p> <p>As long as I'm around I will always keep poping into this store to get some kicks for myself and my family excellent job JUNAID SMITH well done!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>one other thing as I wanted to give him a tip for his efforts he refused and said he couldn't exept .and that's really bad . so could you the TFG please acknowledge and reward this young gent on behalf of myself. Thank you </p>
