***** to my account

I’m a loyal customer and paying my account every month on time. Nothing is changing instead my monthly interest is going up. I got a call from customer service they wanted to sell me a magazine I strictly said I’m not interested. To my Suprise now I have all this extras on my account which makes it more expensive. This is ***** and I’m requesting a recording and a refund to my money because I did not give anyone permission to add extra. The level of service is very poor and a lot of ***** is being conducted.
