**** this TFG
Worst client service ever, paid my account 6th APRIL and even now 50 days after my funds are not located, paid again 6th May then every time I call or send email I am told to send proof which I've did more than a thousand time, now worst of all they telling me my funds are located I ask when then their ********** consultant respond to say 6th MAY!!!! HELLO are we even investigating may payment or April I mean how stupid and ********** can this group be? I am inquiring about my April funds they telling me about May funds which of course is located cos I paid straight in store.. Do not bother having an account with TFG you'll have the worst experience with accounts
