They only care about sales not their customers

I bought a cell phone that comes with the smart watch online , only cellphone was delivered. I called the their customer care and they confirm that the phone does come with the watch and promised to escalate the issue and get back to me the same day. I didn't receive any feedback.

I called them again the same day, their story changed their said the phone doesn't not come with watch. When I checked the website they have removed the watch on that cell phone deal. I have a screenshot of the deal and also my invoice is proof that it is a cell phone and watch bundle.

I sent those to their customer care, the screenshot and invoice and I was told I will receive feedback within 48 hours. Its been way over 48 hours and no one responds to my follow up e-mails. No one has contacted me for an update.

I'm taking this further.
