They Harass me because I am paying
I opened an account with them few months ago and requested NO ADDITIONAL SERVICES, they signed me up for a legal plan and some other unnecessary nonsense that I do not need, I closed all of them, now they bombard me with relemarketing calls daily, some days 8 calls in one day, I TOLD THE I WILL NOT TAKE ANY ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES FROM THEM and requested that they should STOP CALLING ME, but they don't stop, even today they called me at 9am, selling me a funeral cover that I said I do not want when they called me yesterday.
Bad BUSINESS PRACTICE from TFG, Next call I'm going to the Ombud.
