THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE AND SERVICE.

I’m very disappointed with TFG. When I made my purchases, I selected a 6-month payment plan on purpose — to avoid interest and manage my budget. However, I was shocked to later find out that all my purchases were changed to a 12-month plan without my consent or any communication from TFG.

I have tried to resolve this through multiple phone calls, emails, and social media, but no one has helped me. This change is affecting my ability to make payments, and it will soon impact my credit score — all because of a change I never agreed to.

I am not refusing to pay — I just want the original 6-month plan reinstated so I can pay what I actually signed up for. TFG should not be making changes to customers' accounts without permission. I WANT PEOPLE TO CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNTS CLOSE THAT NONSENSE AS THEY ARE ****MERS.

I am extremely frustrated with TFG's poor customer service and unfair practices. HERE IS THE MPORE Despite knowing my account balance and payment obligations, TFG continuously sends me emails and makes 100 calls, each costing R20, which I was unaware of until recently. These charges feel like a deliberate attempt to inflate my debt. Last month, my balance was R5000 with a payment of R1225.29, but this month it inexplicably increased to R5400. How did an additional R400 get added?

YES! That right "calls and email, and their stupid advertising" This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
Additionally, I have unsubscribed from their marketing emails and magazine multiple times, yet I continue to receive them.

This disregard for my preferences is frustrating and adds to the unwanted charges. I feel trapped in a cycle of debt, and I’m sure many others, especially those struggling financially, are experiencing the same and captured by this people. TFG’s practices seem exploitative, particularly to customers who rely on credit for essentials.

I’ve had enough and plan to settle my account by paying R3000 this month June 2025 and R2300 next month July 2025, closing it by the end of July. I urge TFG to stop these, respect unsubscribe requests, and provide clear payment breakdowns. Potential customers, especially in underserved communities, should be cautious of TFG’s practices, as they feel like daylight *******.

I hope TFG addresses these issues promptly.
