Thee most AMAZING SERVICE EVER!!

So today I called in to find out a simple thing, which payment plan my account was on after our chasing some goods in 6 and some on 12 Months.

I got through to one of THEE MOST KIND, COURTEOUS agents I have ever spoken to.

I was wanting to fill in a survey for her but only to find out that they don't have that as a main KPI, her name is MICHAELA ROMAN !!!

After she answered each and every question I'd ask her, did she end up telling me that I just made her day.

The fact of the matter is, this agent is more than just an asset to the TFG contact centre. She met all my needs and went over and above.

Please show her this as I had made it my duty to tell her how I would rang about her service! Coming from a call centre life myself, there's nothing better than making me (the one on the other side) feel comfortable with you and making me trust you from the minute you answer that call.

I hope that she gets aawarded for her service.
