The worst customer service ever
Don’t order online from TFG . I ordered something 12 April 2023 For collection at the store and when I was notified to collect my parcel the instore employees couldn’t find it and said they will contact me and deliver it to me . I was never contacted and after a few days when I went they said the parcel was collected because I didn’t fetch it I still haven’t been refunded for that purchase. Never again shame
