The staff is Bad, Horrible Service

I went to Exact Maponya to collect my parcel, when I got there there was just one client that was assisted and the guy asked how he can assist.I told him I’m here to pick up my parcel. He then told Thulani to assist with a parcel, then told prioritise to assist one of his friends who was at the store looking for earrings,as she asked if Thulani can go and look for earrings at the back for her. Then there was the 3rd client who got assisted before me…I then asked if I can be assisted as my lunch was ending. I was told I have attitude when I got there first before the other client. This is not the first time they do this. Then they went on to gang up on me, no one saw the need to apologise. It’s sad to see the level of service we get in our community malls. You’ll never ever get such service in the survival. Staff my learn to speak to client and not argue, apologise when they are wrong. Thulani Khumalo doesn’t know how to speak to clients both of them, Thulani was so furious and angry when talking to me. I’m deeply hurt and will never ever go or recommend Exact Maponya anymore. The service is bad staff my get a customer service training. I work for a bank and I don’t treat my clients like this.
