The service was absolutely distasteful and disgusting to say the least! I have been trying to get through to them for two weeks but the call continuously cuts off

The service was absolutely distasteful and disgusting to say the least! I have been trying to get through to them for two weeks but the call continuously cuts off. I have sent emails with reference numbers and still no response. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional! But when they ****** spam you with calls they can pick up a damn phone! My issue has remained unresolved and I am at wits end!
