The service is pathetic and unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered an item online and once done, I received a confirmation email stating that my order will be delivered within 5 working days. After a week, I called the number ***to inquire and the agent was rude. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me she will ask him to call me and if I want to complain, I can do so to him IF he calls me back. He still has not. I laid a complaint on email last week and no one has come back to me until now.
