Foschini Group does not want to reverse incorrectly charged email, letter and interest. I have been in contact with customer services and all they're saying is bull! One interest was reversed but only half of it. How do i get charged an interest of R42.21 on a six months account? Appalling service and Everthing! ..when my account is paid up we're done and i will also never shop in any of your shops mxm
