The lady at Archive Loch Logan (Bloemfontein) has a stinking attitude.

A week ago I was at the store looking for a sneaker for myself and wasn’t happy with the way she responded to me – instead of checking which other Archive branch had my size, she just told me the size I was looking for was sold out. I then decided to go online to locate a store that could have the size I desired. After days of calling different TFG stores, I finally found an Archive store in Cape Town and asked them to send the sneaker to Bloemfontein. This afternoon Nico called to inform me that my sneaker had arrived. I went to collect the sneaker and as I was about to pay the above-mentioned lady tells me that I have pay an extra R50 (delivery fee) which came as a surprise, as it was the first time it was mentioned to me. I told her that I did not have the extra R50 because I wasn’t informed prior about it. She then told me (not in so many words) that she couldn’t care less and that I wouldn’t have sneaker (that I ordered myself, using my own resources) without the extra R50.
