The Foschini Group - Worst service ever !!

Went into a Totalsports outlet in Secunda to buy a pair of running shoes, met by the worst client service ever. Employee refused to assist and when I spoke to her about it, laughed in my face. Went to the manager, to whom the employee denied any wrongdoing. Logged a complaint with Customer Care, and still waiting for any form of response from 22 December. Ordered the same pair of shoes online, and once again still waiting for delivery since 22 December. After numerous phone calls to Online Support Services, we still have no shoes. Worst service ever from The Foschini Group of companies.
