A sales rep told me that if I open and account and pay it off within 6 months, I would not have to pay interest, provided I pay my installments by the 1st of each month. I opened the account and paid all my installments on time. But these people still charged me interest. I contacted the customer service, asking them to reverse the interest and they lady refused saying that i opened the incorrect account. The only reason why I opened the account was because i was under the impression it was interest free. And since I have been paying the installments on time and an almost finished within the required 6 months, I don’t see why refunding me my interest is an issue.
