The Foschini Group Is The Worst Don't Open An Account With Them!
I'm fuming while writing this. I bought shoes and a tshirt on account on the 2nd of November, on the 5th i paid in my account full. on the 12 this company had the audacity to charge me interest een though i paid for my account directly from their website and till this very day it has not reflected. when i call in their useless call center agents keep lying and talking about a backlog on emails yet in a week I will be again charged R60 for something ive already paid for. TFG is a ****, infact after they rectify this demeaning incident I'm closing my account. Im done.

It's very unprofessional of you to basically ***** my money, claim I didn't pay, not follow up on the millions of emails I've sent and still charge me interest. I'm going to get blacklisted for something I paid for 3 days after my purchase! Opening an account with TFG is by far the worst mistake I've ever made in my life. I hope no one else does this.
