The Foschini Group Bad Customer service!!!!!!!!!

Good day Customer service bad service.

This has not been resolved. I

I sent through my sequestration documents over 12 years ago to Tfg and my account should have been written off.

By law I owe nothing on this account, but they say I do. I checked with the debt collectors they say they sold it to and they know nothing about it. They don't have the account...I asked them please send me the closed account letter showing the account number is closed and nothing owing.

I need this letter by tomorrow morning . I They saying its resolved but that is not the case. They doing nothing...such bad Customer service it is shocking. They messing up my life and they don't care.
