Was contacted by a consultant who tried tonsell me a TFG legal plan which I declined and made it utterly clear. In fact I asked him to help me cancel a funeral policy with tfg that I also did not concent too and set up balance protection on my account.I requested the individual call me back as I received a work call however he did not and yet today I receive an sms stating I am now a legal plan holder with tfg over and above the funeral policy I did not concent to.when you call their contact centre you wait forever and a day and they do not seem to attend to emails.
