The Foschin group and Pargo couriers are devils

Bad service ever together with their Pargo courier service, paid for goods on the 4th June I'm still hanging on air like a leaf, my 3rd worse kaak service with TFG n Pargo. Their consultants it's like they are trained for lies n they speak same language, I am even tired but how do I get my money back coz their bull**** courier is not delivering my goods, I ordered two casseroles from @home only one delivered an it was in pieces, the one their are still fasting and praying for it, if ever it will arrive it will be in pieces again.
