The Fix Richards Bay very poor service

I go into the THE FIx which is part of TFG in Richards Bay. Asked for advice from sales assistant if an item was male or femalw( cargo pants). She was right there folding clothing and her response was YES. I asked her yes what ? Male or female she said Male. As I turned to walk away she said it was actually female. So much for product knowledge. I left and returned about 15 min later with a trolley intending to purchase. As I entered in full view of other shoppers I was instructed from the end of the shop very loudly “ Please leave your trolley at the door” I turned around and looked at the door wondering if I heard right or looking for signage and then very mockingly heard your staff say as I looked at the door • Yeeeeessss at the door ! I left and laid a complaint via your inbox on Twitter 2 x and not one phone call to apologise . I left all my details including times and date for the footage to be viewed.
