The Fix Online Purchase

I made an online purchase from The Fix and requested to collect it at my nearest store, this was supposed to take 3-5 business days. After numerous phone calls and being told i need to contact the courier myself I found out that someone by the name of Poppy decided to cancel my order. No reason given, no communication provided NOTHING! Their customer service line is just useless, everyone tells you they do not know who Poppy is and everyone will investigate but no one gets back to me. I just got told that i will be refunded in 14 days.

Terrible terrible service. unimpressed!!!
