The doschini group

On Saturday the 12th of July 2025 I paid off my account the balance of 11000 and some rands and I asked them to close it the cashier said no you dont need to close it there wont be any charges but todya I fot a message that I owe R255 and what is it for.. Foschini is a **** shame
