The don't care slobs

<p>Ever since I logged a complaint about an incident that took place last month already there was no one who called to follow up on the matter , after I was embarrassed by one of their unprofessional and rude call centre agents about my account that was in arrears. I am so dissapointed in their poor perfomance so much that I do not advise anyone ti take out an account with them because they let their call centre agents harass you and swear at you should you fail to pay their account and do nothing about it even if you try and complain!!!</p>
