Thank you TFG

This would have been 5 stars, but it's been a very rocky road. For background and context: I've been contacting TFG for months with regards to Jet Club membership and while TFG was unresponsive in the months leading up until November, they have come through at last. I'll admit I had some choice words with them, but they kept it cool and professional and managed to find a reasonable resolution to the issue.

Now this is about my in store experience with Jet store, in Eyethu Mall, Orange Farm. On 22 November 2023, after being helped by TFG customer service, I decided to go shopping at Jet store. To my surprise, after dealing with friendly and professional TFG customer service staff, Jet store staff were rude and unprofessional in the manner with which they spoke to me and treated me after giving them the information I was given from TFG. Jet store staff were willfully unhelpful and very argumentative. This is not something one expects from any stores staff, much less from managers. Yesterday, 27 November 2023, I went in to Jet store again to gain clarity on a purchase I made on the 22nd because the receipt made no sense to me and I was treated yet again like the excrements that comes out of a donkeys rear end, from a manager, I honestly don't understand how people can be so rude without cause, but it is what it is. In the end I shopped at a different TFG store, to which I was treated with great respect, and helped without bias. Therefore it is 4 stars for the amazing and professionalism from TFG customer service, the wonderful experience I had shopping at Sterns, but unfortunately minus 1 star for the horrible service and treatment from Jet store staff.
