Thank you Delivery Driver for me refunding my entire purchase!

Twice in one week, you would forgive me for thinking i am being intentionally ****ed off by @home.

We receive delivery of an office desk and office chair today. Two gentlemen arrive carrying the table, i open the door and am on a call. I motion to them to pause as i am on a call, they kindly wait. The thurd gentleman arrives with the chair, and starts motioning for me to move so they can come into my house. I motion back to him to say i am on a call, please wait. He motions at me again.

I finish my call in 3 minutes. I step outside to the third gentleman and ask him why he could not wait and not see i was on a call? His response - "I am here to deliver, not observe you'.

Wow!

He then proceeds to argue with with that he could not see my on a call, but i was less then 5 steps in front of him. Unbelievable!

I take them into the house and we find the table scratched. I ask him what is the process, he explains to me, but it is obvious he is very upset as his attitude has become worse.

At the point, they pack up the desk to take it back. I ask him to take back the chair aswell, as based on his attitude and insulting comment to me, i want a refund and will not support @home.

Last weeks shambles was height of useless, then today is just utter disrespect.

Veli Mabaso wanted to fight and argue, in my property, i will not let TFG @home disrepect my home, wife and me!
