TGF terrible service

So i placed an order online thinking with the instructions clear its a surprise gift for my husband for his Anniversary they would deliver it on that day , the courier company had delivered it a few days earlier. I had to compensate and buy my husband more gifts as this one arrived earlier . Its sad that we live in a world where instructions where very clear and sent in the delivery notice but not actioned . Really concerning that a simple gesture was so hard to follow .
