TGF REFUSES TO REMOVE ME FROM THE CREDIT BUREAU EVEN AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS FULLY PAID UP

I had an account with Exact and I lost my job and I ended up unable to pay the account. The account was handed over MBD attorneys for collection. I settled the account on the 24th June 2019 and still now I haven't been removed from the credit bureau.
