TGF JEWELLERY INSURANCE IS A BAD SERVICE PROVIDER!

I put an insurance claim for an MH wrist watch last year 2017 October. An employee of the insurance called Zachariah, called and advised me to submit further information about the loss of the watch. This is after I filled all the necessary form including the police case number and name of the investigating officer of the case as the watch was taken during a hijacking. I submitted a letter from my back showing that the bank cards were blocked and replaced with new ones.

I however explained in my email sent to them that I couldn’t block the phone, as the hijackers are using the said iPhone and their current location is Mozambique. This is assisting the Police/Interpol to trace them. I have never heard any feedback about my claim.

What irks me the most is I have submitted everything they asked for I have even given them a go ahead to call the investigation officer to check if the facts are true. For me this is nothing but nothing but a *****. Why make us cover the jewellery and when it’s time to claim we are given a run around?
