TGF horrible online experiences
2nd time purchasing from TFG and received the incorrect order! The first instance in which I received a kiddies face mask instead of a set of thights for my toddler is still unresolved with no response from the company. I am utterly disgusted at the poor service from such a reputable brand! The incorrect order that was received today was corrected by balitto Soda Block. However Exact still hasn't responded or assisted me at all!

07 Oct 2020, 15:29Horrible service. This was not resolved. Asked for the order number to fetch the incorrect item they packaged and refund me for the item I purchased. Did not even call me. Asked me to call them to arrange pickup! Worse service ever
