TGF:: dental insurance policy claim

I've got dental insurance at TFG but I've sent them from January to February 2024 about 5/6 emails with attachments regarding my dental claim that's due to me by payout from their insurance company as I submitted all my dental documents with dentists letter stating the procedure and filled in TGF denis insurance claim forms and to this day I've not received anything due to me/so what is TFG up to as I pay my monthly dental insurance every month but when it come to a simple payout they reply with a email in 48 hours we will respond so from January to February they still looking at my claim forms/I'm really fed up with TFG and there insurance department Guardrisk or Riskguard as they never show interest in their clients and the clients claim So I need this to reach every South African that has a dental insurance policy/ plan with TFG to come forward and expose them for not paying attention to people's claims and disrespect there clients from not contacting them regarding there dental claim What a bunch of ******* and to disrespect there clients by not informing them by email or telephone is the poorest form of a well known company can provide you a service that is uncompromising Watch out for all TFG stores and there call centers
