Tgf account

I payed my tfg account sometime ago but I was getting calls that my account was not paid. Told them I paid, they gave me an email address and told me send my proof of payment, I did multiple times and I never got an answer. I had paid at Markham, Vryheid. I went there with my slip and they gave me runaround saying my money doesn't reflect on their system until I gave up. Till today I haven't gotten my money back.
