Tfg..I have submitted my application for insurance claim for 4 weeks now. I am paying you every month for the cell phones Insurance. But right now I am stil stucked with no phone. On the 18 April 2024 my claim was submitted. But I never heard any update from you.I am the only person who called youband ask how far is my claim.Truly speaking there is know customer In you..You failed me. I have emailed you 10x emails of a proof of insurance paper no help I went to Total sport,,They send you my paper stil you make me go up and down.I went to internet Cafe to email again but you busy sending disrespect messages. I need help.Because Plan B I wish people close this company accounts.
