Tfg..I have submitte...

Tfg..I have submitted my application for insurance claim for 2 weeks now. I am paying you every month for the cell phones Insurance. But right now I am stil stucked with no phone. On the 18 April 2024 my claim was submitted. But I never heard any update from them.I am the only person who called them and ask how far is my claim.Truly speaking ther is know customer service. Retails and their insurances must stick to their promises. As for me the failed me big time.
