TFG worst services ever

I had the worse experience for the past 2 weeks, Last week I went to Greenstone and saw a cellphone on promotion and non of the TFG stores had it and the promotion had just start on that day. Not only are they promoting things they don't have stock for but I have left my numbers at Sportscene and The Fix to advise if they have stock. Today I decided to give them a call and when I asked if they can check on the system I was told they don't have a SKU number then asked if they can advise which stores sell cellphones as I went to a few FTG stores and didn't have phones, then the person said she cant check but I can call any TFG and find out if they sell the phones. I decided to Call the stores at Mall of Africa and been moved to the next store with to help worse part the Foschini store they don't pick up. I really don't understand how could a customer be treated like trash. I am truly disappointed
