TFG Worst Online shop ever and Refund department even worse.

Worst Online experience i have ever had, even Wish is better, if you planning to buy anything on sale or rather on TFG online store, stop while you are ahead. Theire refund department is so *********** that one would wonder who trained or hire them. I have been waiting for my refunds for two weeks now, they don't call you for follow up's and don't even reply to your mails, however, add outstanding things they want from you on their system. If you dont call or follow up, i'm sure youll never see the light of day of your money. Countless calls have been made, queries have been logged, but still my orders were cancelled with an automated email not highlighting the issue. then you have to fight for your money. mxm
