TFG withholding completion certificates for courses from ex-employees

TFG HEAD OFFICE: I have done a wholesale Retail and Learnership course probably between 2*** and till today I have not received my completion certificate. I have done my first follow up on 24 July 2020 and till today I have not gotten feedback.

I was told it would be escalated or a manager would call but I am not surprised that it has not happened. TFG you do not let people do courses if you cannot provide the documentation. If it was said that a certificate of completion would be handed off then that is what should happen.

I have contacted HR and communicated with the Central Fuse whatsapp but it seems like nothing is being done. I am disgusted with the service at this point

I got told as well that it was Covid but this was completed before Covid and I have given more than enough time for escalations to be completed.

This is absolutely disgusting.
