TFG will not allow us to pay our account and clear our name

In 2016 my husband and I app**** for debt review handing all our accounts to debt busters. When this happens all credit providers put a debt review block on the accounts, TFG however for some reason couldnt do that - The consultant put a block on the account but the account was never allowed to be under debt review up until this day we are yet to receive a reason. We went on with our payments towards all our accounts Except for Foschini because the account was LOST!!!! how does this even happen? Well we have completed our debt review process but guess which account suddenly resurfaced at some lawyers office they now need to collect their money from us. The problem that I have is this account was with Foschini, the it was put on a block now we need to pay it but foschini cant help us because the account is with a lawyer - so even though we are rehabilitated we still have a bad name because of TFG they are a bunch of ****** who want to suck every last penny in the form of fees and interest out of their loyal customers. This account belongs to my husband the 1 in question, what is very strange is that I had a TFG account as well which I settled under debt review.....so somewhere someone is messing or sleeping on the job. I want my husband's account handed back to TFG so that we can make payment arrangements to bring that account back to good standing and clear our names officially because even though I have no accounts whatsoever we are married in COP and my name is just as tarnished.
