TFG what a huge ripoff!!!
If there was an option for a “Zero star” I’d give this company that!! How I’m so utterly disappointed and extremely frustrated with TFG at this moment. The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism I’ve been shown after more than a decade of being a loyal customer is just unspeakable!
I’ve wasted hundreds worth of airtime calling them but none of the consultants (Thabisile, Meghan, Shayid…)have been able to assist, they’d just give empty promises to escalate the matter but none of them have been able to honour as I am still being charged an insurance premium for a claim that was “apparently” declined for no valid reason.
I submitted all the required paperwork, premiums are still being deducted till to date without any fail but the claim is apparently declined and there’s no reason as to why it’s being declined!!!
