TFG voucher not accepted at The Bed Store

Hi, I am so disappointed that I bought a TFG Voucher for R9500 and went to buy at Mojo Bed that was previously the bed store, and was told that the TFG voucher can’t be accepted and now my question is where will I use that voucher if you not allowing me?? It’s a TFG voucher
