TFG violate the principle of transparency and business conduct.

I write to you today fuelled by immense frustration, as I find myself lost in a crisis of unresolved grievances and unaddressed concerns that are distressing. My numerous attempts to reach you remained futile as our discussions never resulted in resolution nor any form of assistance from your side.

It came to my notice that there are subscriptions attached to my account without my consent – a blatant violation of the principles of transparency and honest business conduct. My countless attempts to rectify this unacceptable error, to cancel these unsolicited services have been blatantly ignored, forcing me to question your company's commitment to customer service.

I demand immediate and decisive action to rectify this grave issue. It's ridiculous to think that such an esteemed company is not tacking accountability in resolving a matter of unauthorised charges and non-existent customer support.

I eagerly await your proper response and speedy action. And stop charging me for insurances that accumulates money instead of lapsing. According to my knowledge insurances lapse they do not accumulate money if they are not paid. Each passing moment only intensifying my irritation and dissatisfaction. I beg you not to ignore this pressing issue anymore.
