TFG unreliable and inefficient customer services
Customer services is unreliable and inefficient, I requested a paid up letter for my account. Each time I enquire about the delayed response an escalation is made to a supervisor and the response is I shall receive the letter in the next 30 minutes because they've exceeded the maximum turnaround time but I still haven't received anything . I'm really disappointed the service is pathetic, unreliable and inefficient.
